Sandra L. Cramer
Sandy is the managing partner being responsible for the day-to-day administration serving as corporate secretary and treasurer of The HR Office. Sandy’s professional background includes legal administrative services in employment law as well as providing human resource consulting and outsourced administration with a concentration in employee benefits, human resource administration, and employee relations. Today, she focuses on recruiting and staffing for employers locally and throughout the United States.
Sandy has had the professional designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2001. To maintain that designation, Sandy is required to earn scheduled continuing professional education credits. In addition, she has been a distinguished guest speaker at The Pennsylvania State University and South Hills School of Business and Technology.
Sandy is a member of the American Staffing Association, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Central Keystone Valley HR Professionals. She also graduated in the Leadership Centre County Class of 2010.
Jeffrey M. Krauss
Jeff’s career spans more than four decades where he has served as a professional consultant in human resource management, talent management, employee benefits, labor-management relations and general and financial management. Jeff has held executive and corporate positions in human resources, administration, finance, marketing, and labor-management relations.
In addition to his business career, Jeff also instructed applied human resource management and employee benefits for many years at Penn State University in the College of Liberal Arts, Department of Labor and Employment Relations.
Jeff graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a minor in Radio and Television Broadcasting. He was also a member of Kent State’s intercollegiate basketball team.
Jeff is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Staffing Association, and the Central Keystone Valley HR Professionals. During his career, he has served on many non-profit and for-profit boards of directors and is currently serving as an Advisory Board Member Northern Pennsylvania Region for Fulton Bank.
Jay Lutz has a broad background in general management and human resource management in both small and large company settings, union and non-union shops, and in the public and private sectors. As administrative vice president at a large chemical manufacturer, Jay helped to manage the company’s growth from a small business to a large, internationally-known manufacturer. He had complete responsibility for the human resource management of this company as a part of the corporate management leadership team.
Jay was also president of a State College-based staffing firm for ten years prior to joining with Sandra Cramer and Jeffrey Krauss to start The HR Office, Inc. His professional reputation is well known in our geographic area for his knowledge, skills and ability for talent management, executive recruiting, staffing and helping people find the right job.
Jay has served on many organizations’ board of directors as community service has always been important to him. He is a founding board member of Centre Volunteers in Medicine, a free medical/dental clinic in State College, PA serving the uninsured and underinsured of Centre County. In addition, Jay is a member of and has been active in the Central Keystone Valley HR Professionals for more than 40 years and has held several positions of leadership, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Staffing Association. He has been a guest speaker at The Pennsylvania State University and South Hills School of Business and Technology.
Jay is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development.
