The principals of The HR Office have over 70 years combined experience in HR administration consulting.

Jeffrey M. Krauss has an extensive background in general management, specifically human resource management and consulting.  For 19 years, he was an executive for a large electronic component manufacturer with management responsibilities for both corporate finance and human resource areas of the company. Since 1993, he has been consulting small and medium-sized companies in regard to their human resource management and administration.

Jay Lutz has a broad background in general management and human resource management in both the small and large company setting, both in the public and private arena.  As administrative vice president at a large chemical manufacturer, Mr. Lutz helped to manage the company’s growth from a small business to a large, internationally-known manufacturer. He had complete responsibility for human resource management as a part of the corporate management team. He was also president of a State College-based staffing firm for ten years.

Sandra Cramer has a well rounded experience in human resource administration, having been a consultant for the last seven years.  She is a certified professional in human resource management according to the Society of Human Resource Management. Ms. Cramer brings a wealth of knowledge, especially in the area of human resource administration.

In addition, the HRO maintains a network of professional associates in the area of employment law, safety, and organizational development. These professionals are available to assist our clients with their human resource administration needs.
