What does it cost me to use your services?

You do not pay a cost or fee. We are paid by employer’s where our candidate’s are placed.

How long do the assignments last?

The assignments vary in length. Some are short-term, some are long-term, some are temp-to-perm. We work to match the right person with the right job, so if you desire long-term assignments with 40-hour work weeks, then we'll strive to put you into that type of assignment.

What happens when I finish an assignment?

We keep in touch with you throughout your assignment and should know when your assignment is ending, but please call or email and let us know if there is a change in your availability.

Do I add the work I am doing for your agency on my resume?

Yes, you always want to add the experience you are receiving from your temporary positions.

How and when am I paid?

When you are on an assignment, you need to turn in your timecard by Monday noon. You will then be paid on Friday of each week.

How do I dress for an interview?

First impressions are vital. You want to dress for the position you are looking for. Interview attire is required. Women would want to wear a blouse/slacks/skirt/jacket and men would want to wear dress shirt/tie/slacks/jacket.

What if I have gaps in my employment?

You always want to give your reasons for gaps in employment. Have the exacts dates available that you have worked. Working with our agency on projects and temporary assignments can make you more marketing by filling in gaps as well.
